RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction matters to us! We understand there will be times when returns are necessary and in order to best serve you we offer an easy return and exchange policy.

• We only accept returns of products that were not on sale, unless a product was damaged or defective, or the wrong product was shipped. Sale or discounted items are final sale. 
• You have 14 calendar days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you (according to the tracking number) to send unworn/unused items back for store credit or exchange only.  
• If you’re returning products for any reason, the returned product must be free from any wear, tear, washing, damage (including perfumes/odors, makeup/deodorant stains), or alterations with all original tags must be attached in order for you to receive store credit or make an exchange.
• Returns are processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise in satisfactory condition and store credit will be issued or exchange will be made, usually within 7-14 calendar days. Once a return request is processed we cannot reverse it.
• We will notify you if items are returned to us not in the original and undamaged condition (including damage during shipment back to us). If that occurs, you can choose to have the item(s) sent back to you upon your payment of shipping costs. Otherwise, we may discard the item within 14 calendar days of receiving and you will not receive store credit or be eligible for an exchange.
• If you receive the wrong or damaged product, we require photos of the damaged item(s) in order to process the return of the product for store credit or exchange.
• Colors may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, computer monitor resolutions, etc. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as damages or defects. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
