This piece is stunning. The oversized quilt-star pattern and faded palette blend vintage Americana craftsmanship with rodeo-road practicality. We have NEVER brought a past style back in a collection, but Big Skies is just THAT good. Real talk- I don’t wear mine from last fall very often because Mackenzie away gets harassed about it when I do. I hate to say quilted is “on trend”, but I don’t think there’s anything trendy about it- but it is having its moment and we are here for it. Legging friendly, bump friendly, you certainly don’t need to put anything under, but it sure is fun playing with other prints peaking out from underneath. I feel like a broken record, but this one dresses way up or curled up by the fire, one of those this you keep in your closet for decades.
